Manning agreements

We offer manning services to other haulage companies. These manning agreements can involve:

  • Permanent agreements on the periodic manning of trucks where the truck cannot “carry” a full-time driver.
  • Temporary drivers for short periods in the event of sickness, short-term peak loads etc.

Approved temporary employment agency

ICB A/S has been approved to operate a temporary employment agency for drivers. This approval applies to both Danish and foreign companies.

Thus, we are one of the few Danish temporary employment agencies that is able to provide foreign drivers for truck transportation in Denmark.

However, the employment agency only represents a small part of our company.

Permanent employment and training

One of the most important differences between ICB and many of our competitors is that our drivers are permanently employed and, of course, remunerated in accordance with local regulations and agreements in force in the country in question. Thus, a driver’s job with us is not a temporary replacement job, but rather permanent employment.

In partnership with our drivers, training plans will be drawn up which ensure that we are able to fulfil our customers’ wishes with regard to qualifications of a high professional standard.

Arranged insurance and safety

We always make sure that our drivers have the necessary insurance for sickness and injuries at work. Moreover, we attach the utmost importance to the safety of our drivers when they are on the road. We strive to achieve this safety through well-organised employment conditions, the opportunity for overnight accommodation at our destinations and ongoing dialogue.

Thus, our drivers are employed on fully legal contracts and all applicable regulations relating to driving/rest times are complied with.
